CWP Global Announces Price Increases for Williams Distributed Products Group.

COLTON, CA – April 30, 2008 – CWP Global, the newly formed HVAC business unit of Continental Materials Corporation, has announced price increases of up to 5% for Williams Furnace Company’s Distributed Products line of fan coils, residential heating and dehumidification products. The increases will be effective June 1, 2008. CWP reported the price increases were in response to escalating materials costs of sheet steel, copper and various components.
